Two separate processes apply here: cancelling your subscription (stopping future charges) and deleting your account (removing your data permanently). You can do one without the other. Most users want to cancel first, then delete later — or just cancel and keep their account on the free tier.

Cancel Subscription First
Before deleting, cancel your subscription to avoid being charged at the next renewal. A cancelled subscription does not delete your account — you simply revert to the free tier when the paid period ends.
Cancel via CrushOn AI Website (Subscribestar billing)
For accounts subscribed through crushon.ai directly:
- Log in at crushon.ai
- Click your profile icon (top corner of the screen)

Account deletion permanently removes your account, conversation history, and associated data. This cannot be reversed once completed.

Deleting Individual Messages or Conversations
You do not need to delete your entire account to remove conversation content:

- Use the options menu (three dots or gear icon) to find delete options

- Individual messages may have per-message deletion depending on the platform version
Deleting conversations does not affect your account or subscription. Your account and characters remain intact.
